Job Descriptions:

Cashier:  Greets guests upon entry scans items to ensure prices and quantities are correct, assists those who need help or advice on products, and handles returns and exchanges when necessary.  Cleaning and organizing of work area required. 

Sales Floor Staff:  Setting up and stocking displays.  Checking and maintaining quality of fruit/produce and other products.  Prepping products to go out on sales floor.  Assisting guests with any questions.  Cleaning and care of your designated area.  

Bakery Staff:  Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery.  Advising customers on baked goods selection and taking orders ( if requested).  Prepping and preparing bakery items for sales floor.  

EVENT STAFF: Working and assisting with events on the farm.  This can include many different positions and tasks.  This is on an as needed basis.   

Bartender (limited positions available): Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and  patrons.
Interact with customers, take orders and serves drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Excellent customer service skills 

Market Grounds Assistant:   Assisting with daily tasks to keep the Market clean and organized.  Examples include making sure all carts are cleaned and put back where they belong, assisting with the offloading of produce/fruit and product deliveries, keeping warehouse cleaned and organized, making sure the pavilion is clean and tidy, you may be tasked with specific landscaping duties.  At times you will work side-by-side with managers/owners.

Bathroom Attendants:  If you have visited the Farm before you know we take great pride in our restroom area. We strive to have the cleanest restrooms for a positive guest experience.  The bathroom attendants are a big part of the guest experience and an important part of our Farm.  You will be required to clean and restock restrooms after each guests exits the bathroom, greet each guest with a smile and positive attitude, pay close attention to detail as it can be very busy in this area.  Incentives are included with this position.
